The Oregon Debt Law Blog is written, edited and managed by Joel Christiansen of Christiansen Law, a Portland, Oregon law firm.
The primary purpose of this blog is to provide much-needed debt collection information to Oregon residents. Joel does represent debtors in debt collection litigation. However, because of time restrictions, only he only deals with cases involving serious harassment or collection of debts barred by the statute of limitations.
